  • Client requirements Richwallet wanted a consumer tracking software. They partnered with merchants to give customers discounts. In turn the merchant got a detailed report of all the customers who came to them and their activity for their shop.   • How we helped them… We created an online portal for •The Merchants •The Consumers •The Richwallet team This portal tackled all the needs of the Richwallet team and helped them create a unique business. The merchant can post coupons online using simple embedded codes. Merchant gets a dashboard to track his sales to various customers. Merchant gets Valuable information like •Revenue generated •Sales for the month etc. The customer could log in at Richwallet and view his or her own shopping data. The customer can get new coupons via •An online generator •An SMS •A missed call The customer can send an SMS to a toll-free number and get coupon codes The customer can place a missed call at a number and the coupon code will be mailed /delivered to them.
