  • 3. THE PROPOSAL HPCL has over 12000 outlets placed at strategic locations through out the country. Hudson Group, after entering into this agreement, could open its outlets and/or place its kiosks at any of these outlets through out the country. If ready space is not available, it may be made so, depending on the requirements of Hudson Group, and the availability of resources with HPCL. Just one agreement needs to be signed in order to gain access to all the spaces HPCL has to offer, all over India. We prefer fixed monthly rentals equaling to approximately 15% RoI.

Streamlining operations: Petrol pumps are adjacent to major and wide roads, unlike the conventional stores which are tucked away in the interior, sometimes inaccessible even by a two wheeler.
