 Product : cricket league
We have planned to start a ungli cricket
league. the capital was limited to 50 rs but we
started with zero capital and we searched for
the right place to start our league. The
company consist of 5 members and all of them
has assigned their own work.
Description
 Day 1 and 2
1st day we started to approach the
participents to participate in our league by using
the push strategy of market. We failed to attract
more participents . Team entries were very low
because of non popularity of our league .
 Day 3 and 4
 We changed our strategy. We planned to make
posters and adds about the league we mainly
targeted people who really intrested in cricket.
we started using digitial media very much like
watsapp and hike and at last we got good
response .
 Finance strategy:
The capital we have planned of 0rs. We all
together invested 0 rs. At the end of 5th day we
got the profit of 200rs.
One team basic entry :20rs
First day entries: 2 teams.
First day profit :40rs
Second day & third day: 4teams
Second day total profit 60 rs
Fourth day :4 teams
Fourth day profit:60 rs
 Marketing strategy:
 We have used push strategy of marketing. We
have used word of mouth for promotion activity.
 Digital marketing
 Human resource strategy:
 Each member of the team had their own
responsibility. The work has assigned based on
their interested field. The work has divided into
finance marketing and operation.
