Issues In 25 yrs more than quarter of population above 65. Management priority- Cost cutting. Group of workers near retiring age,few good applicants taking their spot.(Lop-sided staffing) Imbalanced salary structure- Old paid much high. Generation gap among managers and sub- ordinates. Financial Situation of Medignostics not very good. Management not ready for Nursery school. Old age not being seen as an advantage- (Arthiritis Campaign success)-Consulting

Indian context of this “mutiny” Very high percentage of youth today,which will form aging population in near future. Bleak condition of old care in India. No security policies for old. Tech savvy generation posing tough conditions for present old generation. Age still a priority for top management positions,which prevents any mutiny now. Age still not seen a criteria for marketing advantage.
