UNIT-1 LO1 M1 <ul><li>Analyze and express with examples of experience how the factors of self development helped me in the project. </li></ul><ul><li>PERCEPTION:- </li></ul><ul><li>At first, I thought no one is taking the task seriously and I felt they were doing very carelessly . After understanding the concept of ladder of inference, I thought everyone has done their research very well </li></ul>

RATIONALITY <ul><li>While doing the project we have so many choices like:- </li></ul><ul><li>Going in cycle to cubon park and do our project </li></ul><ul><li>Doing near 4 th block jayanagar </li></ul><ul><li>We have taken the second choice and took action accordingly and we have completed the project </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>GOALS :- </li></ul><ul><li>we have set the goals by using SMART conditions and we have achieved our goal </li></ul><ul><li>ASIMILATION :- </li></ul><ul><li>when I assimilated about the topic of my project, then I could speak about it to other people and make them understand </li></ul>

M2 <ul><li>Refer to the experiences in M1 and state how conditioning induced development of my personality </li></ul><ul><li>I have learnt to unlearn self destruction behavior and learn positive behavior e.g. - fear it can be unlearned </li></ul><ul><li>Resistance to change –I was always safe in my comfort zone but now, I learnt that doesn’t work any more and so shifted or came out of comfort zone </li></ul><ul><li>Discipline and commitment – it was tough but now I am disciplined and have committed to work </li></ul><ul><li>Positive attitude – breaking and replacing old habits with new positive one </li></ul>

Each human being are several human beings , existing at the same time depending upon how the person is behaving at any moment. </li></ul><ul><li>We operate from three ego states. </li></ul><ul><li>Parent </li></ul><ul><li>Adult </li></ul><ul><li>Child </li></ul>

I have done ego states related example <ul><li>My cousin always gives advise about my education , career , etc… I listen to him , that time he was in parents ego states , I am in positive child ego states. When I give advise my brother about education , career , etc.. That time I was in parents ego states , my brother is in positive child ego states. </li></ul><ul><li>Adult ego state is good . </li></ul><ul><li>Adult ----- Adult solving problem </li></ul><ul><li>Adult control over the transaction. </li></ul>

Transactional analysis <ul><li>Transactional analysis is one’s ego states and type of communication. </li></ul><ul><li>Transaction is an arrangement </li></ul><ul><li>between human beings to give and take products and services from each </li></ul><ul><li>other thus providing gratification </li></ul><ul><li>to all involved in the transaction. </li></ul>
  19. 20. Example <ul><li>When I went to friend’s house , there was an elder person. He told to me that you can’t analysis of my SWOT. But after few minutes he told me that you can analysis of my SWOT.
