  • Ten Steps to Change Attitude Look for Positive; Ignore Negative Locate Opportunities in difficult situations. Refrain from Pessimistic and Negative Influences Get into Continuous Education Program Learn to like the things you do
  • Feed your mind with positive thoughts. Develop an attitude of gratitude Avoid spending our energies in criticizing others; enhance and conserve our energies with positive thoughts. Start the day with positive thought. Make habit of doing now.
  • Look for Positive; Ignore Negative Don’t bother for fault finders. They will always find fault with every person, every time Remember; the negative people, fault finders and blamers are ‘energy suckers’. Make your people feel ‘there is something in them’. Look at the sunny side of everything. Forget the mistakes of the pasts and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

  • NOT ONLY EXPECT THE WORST, BUT MAKE THE WORST OF WHATEVER HAPPENS BELIEVES THAT SUN SHINES ONLY TO CAST SHADOWS FORGET THEIR BLESSINGS AND COUNT THEIR TROUBLES. BE AWAY FROM PESSIMIST. IF YOU ASSOCIATE WITH ACHIEVERS, YOU WILL BECOME ONE; IF YOU ASSOCIATE WITH LOOSERS; YOU WILL BECOME ONE. REMEMBER, A PERSON’S CHARACTER IS NOT ONLY JUDGED BY THE COMPANY HE KEEPS BUT ALSO BY THE COMPANY HE AVOIDS.
  • Ways to Enjoy Work If you decide to work, you might as well enjoy it. Here are some ways to enjoy your work...
  • Love what you do WINNER If we can’t work with love, but only with distaste, it is better that we should leave our profession. All that we are, is the result of what we have thought. Oppose a negative wave of thought with a positive thought. Life is not worth of living without a purpose or meaning. If we don’t know where we are going, any road will take us there.
  • Make up your mind to feel good at work... You’ll be surprised how much better you’ll like it if you just make a deliberate decision to enjoy it.
  • Maintain good and friendly relationships with your boss and colleagues... Getting along with and liking the Getting along with and liking the people you work with will make your people you work with will make your job more enjoyable. job more enjoyable.
  • Remember that your work provides much (if not all) of your necessities and luxuries... Just think, unless you inherited a bundle, you owe all you have to work.
  • Keep in mind the services you are providing people through your work... The job you do helps other people. Now that is a good feeling, isn’t it.
  • Challenge yourself at work... Set and pursue attainable goals. Always try to do a better job. Stretch yourself and your abilities. Grow!!! That attitude can make even a dull job exciting.
  • Concentrate on the good things about your job... Write out a list of things you like about your job.
  • Do more than you are paid to do... If you do just enough to barely squeak by, you’ll be bored, but if you really get after it, you’ll feel good about yourself. Besides, your boss will soon notice and you’ll be rewarded before too long.
  • Adopt the “this is my company” attitude... You may not actually own the company, but wherever you work, it’s your company. And when you begin to feel like it’s your company, you’ll discover a new sense of pride and fulfillment.
