  • 2. OUTSIDE A GUEST ROOM
    • Drive the guest into their room to show them it‘s location as a first step.
    • Explain to them how to use the key in the door lock
    • Open the door with key
    • Make sure they have seen what you have done clearly and understood which direction was the key inside the door to be opened.
  • 3. THE ROOM ENTRANCE
    • Show the guest the power saver and insert the key
    • Explain to the guest that electricity won‘t be available as long as the key is not inside the power saver.
    • Check the A/C condition and show them how to adjust it.
    • Open the cupboard and show them the safe box and explain how to use it and create a password. Advice them if there‘s any valuable items to be kept there.
    • Show the guest the laundry bag with the price list and the extra pillow or bed duvet.
  • 4. INSIDE THE GUEST ROOM
    • Open the curtin or switch on the light for the guest.
    • Open the minibar to show it to them and explain any replineshment, they can call the housekeeping and show them the minibar price list for prices information.
    • Ask the guest how they feel about their room.
  • 5. THE BATHROOM
    • Switch on the bathroom lights and explain it’s items.
    • Show them shaving mirror and hair dryer
    • Explain to the guest, in case of their need to extra towel or bath amenities, they can ask the houseman or call HK phone No.
    • Explain the cleaning timings for the guest and advice them to use DND sign in case of their need for a privacy.
    • Go out once again outside the bathroom and ask they guest if they need anything else and offer them to call reception whenever needed. Wish them a nice stay and close the door behind if they didn’t.
