Recognition for Prior Learning
Students who have previously studied at a
tertiary level may be eligible for exemption for
certain subjects in JCU degrees. If you wish to be
considered, please indicate on the Application for
Admission Form and attach all relevant
information pertaining to previous study,
including academic transcripts and syllabi of
subjects passed.

Credit Transfer
Due to CaseTrust requirements, the Standard Student
Contract forms a mandatory and integral part of the
admissions process. The Standard Student Contract sets
out, among other things, the course fees and important
parameters such as course start and end dates. As a
consequence, assessment of credit transfer for prior
learning has to be concluded prior to enrolment. Once the
contract is sealed, it becomes binding and irreversible.
