    ATM Paper - Presentation Transcript

    1. ATM Paper – the spirit of ATM machines The increasing amount of sophistication in our lives has brought around a revolution around the world. With the quantum jump in living standards in many parts of the globe, the civilized world needs to consume more paper. The demand of paper has now increased to a very high level, as most devices and gadgets that humans utilize as a part of their advanced lifestyles, need paper in one way or the other. The ATM Machine Take for example, the Automated Teller Machine (ATM). This machine was invented to save time that folks spent at queues in banks. The other advantage of this machine was that people could withdraw money at locations away from the branch their account was situated. However, the invention of the ATM and the convenience that it provides has necessitated the need of ATM paper which keeps a physical record of each transaction taking place at the ATM. Truly, without ATM paper, the ATM machine would not be as fascinating as it is currently. People and ATM Paper As people need a variety of records for their banking transactions, such as their account details, account balance, account transactions and such, the consumption of ATM paper rolls has reached large proportions. Folks have now become habituated to get a record of their ATM transactions printed on paper as they complete a transaction at the ATM. The small slip of paper that the ATM rolls out at the end of each transaction necessitates several rolls of paper per ATM for the thousands of customer that each ATM serves per week.
