    3. How?
      • Our team engaged in a rigorous research process to find a CMS to meet your needs based upon the criteria given.
      • We researched seven content management systems and we selected the top two.
    4. And The Winners Are:
    5. Cost Effectiveness
      • Both are free to download.
      • Both are open source.
      • Both can be used with a variety of host providers.
      • Bandwidth per month can vary per provider.
      $4.95 $4.95 $4.95 $5.95
    6. Ease of Use

      • Both will works with one click install.
      • Or with Drupal, you have an option of using Fantastico , the script application that simplifies installs.
    8. Need for Support
      • Both provide several forms for technical support:
      • Community: forums and blogs
      • Tutorials
      • Tech support available via email
      • Context sensitive built-in help menus
      • Books available
    9. Our Recommendation
    10. Overall Effectiveness
      • Both can:
      • Offer consistency through use of templates
      • Create multi-lingual websites
      • Create content, sections, and categories
      • Allow for built in components
      • Add menus, modules, and plug-ins
    11. Drupal Thumbs Up
      • Drupal provides greater design flexibility, scalability, and good content management.
      • Menus make reordering content extremely easy; just click and drag to move items where you want them.
      • Joomla offers a slower system, rigid content categorization, and limited design/configuration options.
    12. Drupal Thumbs Up
      • Drupal allows for:
      • Multiple levels of categories along with easily integrated content and modules.
      • Creating and managing multiple websites with one click installs.
    13. Drupal Thumbs Up
      • Drupal has a great team of developers from all over the world working to make the system truly multi-lingual.
      • The Internationalization modules allow for fully translatable views in over 60 languages.
      • Automatically import translations when adding a new language, installing modules or enabling themes.
    14. Drupal Thumbs Up High profile companies, schools and universities prefer Drupal because it currently offers more social networking over Joomla.
    15. Drupal Thumbs Up It is no surprise why Drupal won both of Packt Publishing Open Source CMS Awards this year and last year!
    16. Books about Drupal
    17. Thank You! Leah, Karen, Agnieszka and Josh.
