    • OVER ALL AIM: The central aim is provide BME communities with the skills and confidence to make active change within their communities
    • Develop the leadership skills of participants
    • Identifying potential ‘BME empowerment champions
    • Enable the empowerment champions to engage with local statutory partners and decision-makers
    • Improve the skills and knowledge of participants, such as confidence, leadership, analysis of power, citizenship, presentation and decision-making processes
    • Demonstrating the good practice of this model by providing 2 case studies from the participants
