What will Healthwatch do? As an organisation separate from the City Council and NHS, it will gather information about Health and Social Care in Birmingham:  Through members of Healthwatch  Through members of the public  Through research  Through enter and view It will lobby the NHS and Birmingham City Council to improve services It will give information to local people
  • 3. Opportunities We can decide how Healthwatch will be developed in Birmingham We can use the consultation to make a Healthwatch that people want to use We can set the activities that we expect from Healthwatch We can make Healthwatch something you want to take part in
  • 4. What do we want to know? How should Healthwatch talk to you? How do you want to get involved? How should Healthwatch report what it does? Should Healthwatch support people to make complaints? Any other ideas?
