Resolving Conflicts In A Great Christian Family

  1. 1. You and Your Family are going to change your clans in your own generation and next generations after you.
  2. 2. 1 John 5:19 We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.(NIV)
  3. 3.  1Co 7:28 But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. But those who marry will face many troubles in this life, and I want to spare you this.  John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
  4. 4. • 1. Pray before the discussion starts.  2. Remind all to Follow God's Words Firmly Believe that there is a solution from God  3.  4. Don't show angry temper by God's grace
  5. 5. • 5. Don't talk loudly and impatiently but pleasantly by God's grace. 6. No walking-out when you are hurt and offended by God's grace.  - Just take a short break(10min ).  7. Readily Apologize before Explaining your Side by God's grace .  - Avoid being defensive and argumentative 
  6. 6. • 8. Praise God for all the agreed resolutions to conflicts  9. Say " I love You " and HUG with smile that assure of " agape love "

Pray for God's wisdom and revelation of His will • Jas 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. • Col 1:9 For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding

Seek to understand the conflict and its causes or roots by help of the Holy Spirit • 1Jn 5:20 We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true--even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

  19. 19. • 7. Seek counseling of mentor when there is severe difficulty and failure in the target goals • Help of people of authority is necessary when there is uncooperative. • Deliverance might be necessary for inability to comply to resolutions
