      Employ a variety of free/low cost tools to create content and encourage communication and interaction.
      Produce quality audio and video learning content using Audio/Video Capture and editing software.
      Capture and organize knowledge using Mind Maps and other social bookmarking and tagging tools ( Use MindMeister, and Delicious, Google Documents)
      Develop, upload, collaborate using online presentation tools (Use Prezi, Slide Share, DimDim )
      Construct online surveys and quizzes for employee or customer feedback
