Dr Ghosh felt bad each time she had to send Amit home to retrievethe papers.She was looking for some sort of a solution; Amit was not a one off case; a number ofher patients would regularly forget to carry lab reports and medical charts.After meeting with a few Software vendors, Dr. Ghosh decided to use Plus91’s Clinkareto help manage and store her Medical Records. She also wanted to let her patients havetheir Health Record available online.She wanted the patient visit template and the follow up templates customized. Shewanted the patients’ demographic details captured along a quick option to take followup notes. Moreover she wanted a separate template to include their past medical historyand always show all prior visits of the patient with diagnosis and notes. She wanted aseparate tab for prescriptions and medical investigations. She also wanted the option toattach the patients’ lab reports, X-rays and other scans into the software.It’s been 2 years, and Dr. Ghosh now has a complete record of all the patients with theirreports and images with her.
