11. • Soak one or two teaspoon of
methi seeds in water overnight
and drink morning at the
earliest on empty stomach

12. • You can take 30-50 mg of
methi (green/leafy) along
with your food during
eating

13. 2. Cinnamon: Cinnamon
contains bioactive molecules,
which regulate blood sugars in
type 2 diabetic patients. One
should be careful while using
cinnamon because cinnamon
contains coumarin, which is
toxic to the liver in some cases.

cinnamon powder in a
cup of warm water and
drink
