      • The Bicycle Analogy
      • IQ – mostly knowledge & skills
      • EQ – mostly Attitude
      • SQ – mostly Attitude first, then Vision/Mission
    3. SUMMARY
      • PQ – intelligence of the body to instinctively nurture itself, to stay healthy
      • IQ – we use to analyze, reason, and think logically and rationally (academia)
      • EQ – we use to manage our emotions,
        • to sense our own and other’s emotions (empathy),
        • to relate to others socially to achieve a certain goal,
        • to adapt to the situation.
        • to motivate oneself
    4. SQ is… the intelligence we use
      • to transform our world into a whole new order of being by finding meaning and purpose in whatever is arising,
      • to see the positive beyond appearances (faith),
      • to withhold judgments and accept unconditionally,
      • to be flexible and adaptable,
      • to sense our unity or one-ness with everyone and all things,
      • to become aware that we always have a choice during stressful moments .
    5. PQ < IQ < EQ < SQ
      • Which intelligence is more predictive of Success?
      • Which intelligence is possessed by computers?
      • By animals?
      • Possessed only by humans?
    6. Anatomy of the EGO
      • Need to make self right
      • Need to look good, be accepted
      • Need to blame
      • Need to give excuses
      • Need to DMC
      • Need to justify self; invalidate others
      • Need to attack (or to avenge)

      • Need to be defensive
      • Need to feel superior
      • Need to be dogmatic
      • Need to argue and blame
      • Need to be inflexible, intolerant
      • The sole purpose of the Ego is to survive
