ROI / ROO<br />Return on Investment (ROI)- A way to measure success of an advertising campaign taking into account things like the amount increase in revenue after the implementation of the new ad campaign. This measurement is more monetary based and can be measured by monetary gain or loss (Shaw, 2010). <br />Return on Outcome (ROO)- This is based on more positive attitudes towards the campaign rather than monetary change. Just because someone didn’t buy your product doesn’t mean this didn’t have an impact.
