    Pat,
Very informative!! We market real estate as well as some other things. I am a mural artist in Charlotte, NC and my wife Heather Lamp is a great real estate agent in Fort Mill, SC. I am so enthused... want to start implementing your ideas today! Great job! You can visit our website... www.heather-lamp.com or mine at www.glennlampdogs.zzl.org (I do dog portraits for the holidays, but it does have links to my regular site) Tell me your thoughts.

I received some questions on Slide 29. It refers to our new social media system that takes Twitter and Friendfeed feeds (also other feeds like news feeds, bookmarking apps like del.icio.us) and aggregates them into real time news feeds. These feeds can then be broadcast through, say, a real estate brokerage website as a scrolling News Wire. For example, when a real estate broker Twitters 'this San Francisco 3BR condo just went for $200k over asking... in this market? +http://tinyurllink.com', readers will click and subscribe to such real time news. You can see more details at my Website 2.0 slideshow in My Slidespace.

It’s a unique microblogging broadcast product, for a demo email or call me (see last slide).
