    Interesting presentation Pat. There are four groups of people I see as those that need help:
    1) Those that you can tell how to do it, but won’t,
    2) Those that you can tell how to do it and they’ll eventually figure it out,
    3) Those that know they need help, but only a couple of hours a day,
    4) Those that are struggling with trying to get some traction but can’t.

    I’ve seen more companies recently in category no. 3. They seem to be willing to spend a little money trying to get some attention and are finally realizing that they (or someone) has to be consistent in with their social media effort.
