    • Motivos fortes + pressão externa positiva + emoção ACÇÃOMOTIVAaçãoO que é que te emociona?O que te faz mover?Qual é a força?
    • “Action is the foundational key to all success.” Tony Robbins
A tuarespiração? O teu EU?
    • It is not the strongest of the species thatsurvive, nor the most intelligent, but the onesmost responsive to change.— Charles Darwin
    • Sublime!
The quality of your life is in direct proportion tothe quality of the questions you ask of yourself.— Unknown
    • Extraordinário! What I cannot create, I do not understand.— Unknown
    • Espetacular! If you want to be successful, hang aroundsuccessful people. They will show you the wayevery time. But first, define what is to besuccessful for you!— Unknown
    • Alucinante!People are like stained-glass windows. Theysparkle and shine when the sun is out, butwhen the darkness sets in, their true beauty isrevealed only if there is a light from within.— Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
    • There are two types of people - those whocome into a room and say, “Well, here I am!”and those who come in and say, “Ah, there youare.— Frederick L. Collins
    • Que sincronia!People don’t do things for you or against you, they do things for themselves - it’s fortune, good or bad, to be in the way— Unknown
    • Estou parvo!Efficacy versus Efficiency - Leadership versusManagement - Motivation versus Discipline
    • Nem acredito!Aim for success, not perfection. Never give upyour right to be wrong, because then you willlose the ability to learn new things and moveforward with your life.Dr. David M. Burns
    • Inacreditável! My definition of success is to live your life in away that causes you to feel a ton of pleasureand very little pain— and because of yourlifestyle, have the people around you feel a lotmore pleasure than they do pain.Anthony Robbins
Goals are a means to an end, not the ultimate purpose of ourlives. They are simply a tool to concentrate our focus andmove us in a direction. The only reason we really pursue goalsis to cause ourselves to expand and grow. Achieving goals bythemselves will never make us happy in the long term; itswho you become, as you overcome the obstacles necessary toachieve your goals, that can give you the deepest and mostlong-lasting sense of fulfillment.Anthony Robbins

    • Majestoso!Anyone who strays too far from the majorityview or the conventional wisdom is bound tobe labeled “arrogant,” “a maverick,” “aWildman,” “weird,” or even “crazy.”John Eliot
    • Arte pura!Perfectionism is simply putting a limit on yourfuture. When you have an idea of perfect inyour mind, you open the door to constantlycomparing what you have now with what youwant. That type of self criticism is significantlydeterring.John Eliot
    • Soberbo!Great performers in all fields seem immune towhat outsiders think about them. Their senseof themselves never depends on thefeedback—positive or negative—they get fromthe environment.John Eliot

    • Impressionante!“For the individual, too, it is better to know afew things well, or preferably one thingexceptionally well, than it is to know manythings superficially.”Richard Koch
    • Remember that fear always lurks behindperfectionism. Confronting your fears andallowing yourself the right to be human can, paradoxically, make you a far happier andmore productive person.Dr. David M. Burns
    • Intenso!Success comes from taking the initiative andfollowing up... persisting... eloquentlyexpressing the depth of your love. What simpleaction could you take today to produce a newmomentum toward success in your life?Anthony Robbins
    • Estou a sonhar! The top players in every field think differentlywhen all the marbles are on the line. Greatperformers focus on what they are doing, andnothing else…They let it happen, let it go. Theycouldn’t care less about the results.John Eliot
    • Não pode ser!We tend to view confidence as a product ofaccomplishment rather than part of theprocess that leads there. But supremelyconfident people were confident longbefore they achieved anything.John Eliot
