Do resection if possible. And do it in a specialized hospital.
Go for a healthy lifestyle: food - sports - positive mindset. You can beat this
Join glioblastoma Facebook groups. Learn from others
Test for ALL relevant markers (MGMT, BGJ, ABT-414). Do this at the start, no time to lose, know your options
Store tumor tissue after the resection. Can be used for immune therapies

Part 2: Follow up treatment
Radiation: not fully convinced. I and many other patients suffered from A LOT of damage
If you take Temodar (TMZ) - do search for other medication that amplifies its effect (we used Methadon)
Go for the cocktail approach from the start. Watch out not to exclude yourself from clinical trials
