        • Distributed via syndication feeds
          • Called RSS - Really Simple Syndication
        • For playback on iPods and computers
      • The term podcast , like broadcast , can refer to
        • The series of content itself
        • The method by which it is syndicated
    3. Common Misconceptions
      • Podcasts are not just audio
      • You do NOT need an iPod
      • Creating a simple podcast is EASY
        • All you need a microphone
        • Audio Software is free and simple to use
    4. Simple tools for audio creation Audacity is a freeware product

      • Within a Course page, instructors and course managers can use editing tools to create different groups
