The set is amazing, I read a lot of reviews and made sure tonot make the mistake I made last week when I purchased a Samsung 51" plasma set that kept adjust thelight and dark with its Auto-Contrast(A feature that CANNOT be turned off, even if you turn it off!!).Ive been reading some of the reviews here about this set and the one that worried me was about 120Hznot working since the info bar says 60Hz, but according to LG "The INFO bar is providing informationabout the signal that is received from the broadcast or cable service. The network services will send theirvideo information out at 60 Hz. The TV will not change that data. The TV will process the signal toincrease the refresh rate to 120Hz automatically. Asfor internet apps, they are only as good as your internet speed. I have had no trouble with any of theapps. Netflix runs just fine without any hiccups. I also really like the magic wand remote that came withthe TV. I replaced my 2 1/2 year old Vizio that apparently was not repairable (at least it wasnt worth itto the extended warranty people).
