  • Major shift from being a grant making, program delivering organization to a promotional, marketing and networking organization that is trying to fuel the broad creative activities of the whole county. The reality of limited funds means we have to deliver the most impact with highly limited resources. Do things differently Not the same old arts council
  • Pinellas County Cultural Affairs served as an advocate for the arts, by promoting the development and appreciation of the arts in Pinellas County through programs and services for the arts industry, government and the community at large. In addition, the Cultural Affairs Department served as the local arts agency (LAA) for Pinellas County.
