  • 1. INGREDIENTS• 340 g Plain flour• 113g Butter/Margarine• 113g Sugar• 113g Golden syrup*• 3/4 tsp Bicarbonate• 3/4 tsp Leaven• 3/4 tsp Ground Ginger*Honey will do if you cant get golden syrup but tends to make it more sticky so maybe useless-experiment and see!!
  • 2. INGREDIENTES• 340 g Harina• 113g Mantequilla/Margarina• 113g Azúcar• 113g Sirope dorado o Golden syrup (puede sustituirse por miel, usando un poco menos ya que hace la mezcla más pegajosa). En España es difícil de encontrar el sirope dorado.• 3/4 de cucharada de bicarbonato• 3/4 de cucharada de levadura• 3/4 de cucharada de jengibre en polvo
  • 3. PROCEDURE1. Mix the butter with the flour, then add the other ingredients.2. Knead until it forms an uniform ball.3. Roll with the rolling pin and cut into Gingerbread men (or any shape you have.)4. Cook at around 130º until it has a golden colour. (Approximately about 10 minutes, but it depends on the oven)5. Leave that they cool down in an ovenproof grill because the cookies will be more creaking.
  • 4. PROCEDIMIENTO1. Mezclar la mantequilla con la harina consiguiendo una pasta, después añadir el resto de los ingredientes.2. Trabajar con las manos hasta que se forme una bola uniforme. Se aplana con un rodillo o se corta con un molde para hacer la forma deseada (hombrecitos, estrellas....)3. Cocinar a unos 130º en el horno durante aproximadamente 10 minutos. Esto depende del horno y de como quieras que esté la galleta.4. Dejar que se enfríen en una rejilla (así estarán crujientes).
