Customer delivers sample(s) to staff of INEST R&D Environmental Technology Laboratory then fulfill in the Delivery Record (Figure 3). 5. The system will create statistical report by week or month for managers. 3. Manager of INEST R&D Environmental Technology Laboratory will check Result Record (Figure 4). 4. Result Record (Figure 4) will be approved by Manager of INEST Environmental Technology Laboratory and delivered to customer. 2. After analyzing the sample(s), staff of INEST R&D Environmental Technology Laboratory will input analytical results into Result Record (Figure 4).
