    • Limited (= zero), main focus of authorities on “big” investments
    • We managed thanks to our lawyer

    • We managed because we really wanted
    • People and especially civil servants are not eager to help you
    • Information is diverse and hard to access
    As a foreigner I felt like being a problem. I am supposed to have a big bag of money. And for sure I can’t be trusted.
