Research On Skype <ul><li>Most people praise Skype for being free </li></ul><ul><li>Generally, it is rated as a very good software- however, not a home phone replacement </li></ul><ul><li>Outages can occur, blacking out millions of people </li></ul><ul><li>Dropped calls (23 million people) </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional for free software </li></ul>
