Frequently Asked Questions • Accessibility – The distance from Commonwealth to FEU campus is around 5 km and can be driven in 10 minutes. – The length of access road from Sampaguita Avenue to main entrance is 480 m. • Concerns on Flooding and Odor from Payatas dumpsite – Based on the hydrological and flood study conducted last March 2010, during the typhoon Ondoy, flooding occurred at the Sampaguita Ave only and not on the area of our access road and the project site. Previous floods only occurred due to clogged drainage along Sampaguita.
