911 OnDemandSupport TM offers a broad range of solutions from responding to basic “how to” questions, to system troubleshooting, to diagnosing complete program failures. The service can be customized to address the specific challenges of our clients.
911 OnDemandSupport TM Solution Center is located at the company’s headquarters in Irving, TX. The facility offers a state-of-the-art environment for providing clients with rapid, comprehensive answers for their SAP HCM support issues. ticket will be marked closed.
The client logs into the Hemphill (HCI) website and completes a service ticket requesting support.
An on-screen acknowledgement is immediately displayed confirming the service request was received.
The client will receive an email upon completion of the support request.
The client has 72 hours to notify HCI if there are any issues or concerns with the completed work. If there are none, the service ticket will be marked closed.

The client goes to the Hemphill (HCI) website , clicks the “Client Support” tab and completes a service ticket.
