  4. 4. Number of EP Raises<br />From January to June 2011, AIESEC Sydney officially raised 25 EPs. This achievement represents:<br />growth of 525% on the previous corresponding period (January-June 2010)<br />outperformance of our original goal of 9 EPs raised by 277%<br /><ul><li> Converted 467 signups to 33 sitting MRB to 25 EP raised</li></li></ul><li>Number of EP Raises<br />Our achievement represents:<br />the highest number of EPs raised ever by AIESEC Sydney in this period<br />AIESEC Sydney contributed to 25% of the National EPs raises in 2011<br />Conversion Ratios:<br />Most importantly, it lays the foundation to create an unprecedented number of high-quality exchange experiences for students.<br />

Number of EP Matches<br />AIESEC Sydney, between January and July 2011, achieved 4 EP Matches, representing 100% growth on the corresponding period in 2010.<br />2 of the EPs matched were raised in May, indicating efficiency in EP servicing<br />1 of the EPs matched was backlogged from 2010, and her exchange experience was carried through and facilitated by the 2011 team<br />
  6. 6. Number of EP Realisations<br />Between January and June 2011, AIESEC Sydney realised 6 EPs, with 2 exchange participants to be realised within the coming days.<br />Our June realisation represents our first Q2 realisation since 2009.<br />Izmir, Turkey<br />
  7. 7. Number of EP Realisations<br />By creating a culture of inclusion, involvement and participation, we aim to retain all of our raised EPs. Our specialised events for @Sydney EP bonding and constant communication will ultimately ensure a higher level of exchange quality and satisfaction.<br />

Delivered EP Preparation<br />Created a positive, personalised vibe of exchange, by working individually with each EP<br />LC-wide training on exchange procedures for clear expectation settings at stalls<br />Involving and embracing our EPs with Local Committee meetings and events<br />Organising specialised EP outings to create a culture of participation, with the ultimate goal of maximising EP retention rates<br />

Heading into the Future<br />On track to meet our end of year goals<br />Additional avenues of increasing exchange:<br />E3, a Global Internship Fair created by AIESEC Sydney to raise exchange awareness and interest on campus<br />Campus Extensions, targeting teaching institutions that do not have an AIESEC presence <br />Cross promotions and partnerships with Sydney University Faculties, other clubs and societies and internal project Second Language Acquisition Program to raise awareness<br />Developing a sustainable pipeline of partnerships and internal exchange processes for 2012 and beyond<br />
