A balanced diet
Fruits and vegetables
Avoid junk and oily food
Avoid from those foods you are allergic to
Drink pure water as the amount required
Does exercise really keeps us
It help to bring positive impact on the
body’s physical and mental process.
Your brain will
Your lungs will clear
Like muscle, bone is
living tissue that
Reduce fats from your body
Make you feel more relaxed and rested
So finally making you fit and feel
healthy, exercise plays a big role
How cleanliness and health is
Hand is the main part of the body which
transfer germs to inside your body
Should keep yourself clean
Should keep the surrounding tidy
For a healthy life we must take proper food
We must keep our body fit and relaxed
In addition we have to make sure yourself
and surrounding is tidy
And most importantly we have to be well
aware of healthy life style
