    I agree, these online communities are a great way to pull a lot of views and opinions on things together - but, unless they have people with knowhow and valid experience, they can be just a load of ’blah, blah’ and buzz phrases (and that’s putting it nicely!!).

    For instance: would someone please explain to me why these supposedly have anything to do with ’Web 2.0’ (like the previous comment)? Online social networking has been around for ages - so why is someone now trying to claim it as a version of the Web?

    I agree. Web 2.0 is the way forward for communities to tie together.
