Petrous Moldovan has been the chef de cuisine at many restaurants including the Russian Tea Room and his newly opened burger restaurant in the heart of New York City. Being the chef de cuisine, Petrous Moldovan makes the executive decisions and has final authority over all dishes in the kitchen. Being the head of the kitchen is a lot of work, but Petrous Moldovan knows how to control the kitchen in an efficient, fun and fair way.
