education expert who has spent 15 years of his
life while serving the education sector. He
specializes in the improving schools and students'
achievement. He has studies from the Indiana
University NW, Gary, IN, and received a
Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Secondary
Education. He attained a Bachelor's degree in the
month of May 1997, and Master's degree in
December 2005.
3. Besides serving the Gary Middle College as the
Principal, Tim is also attending Indiana Wesleyan
University for Education Specialist and
Superintendent Licensure Program classes. His
certifications include Indiana Teacher's License
and Building Level K-12 Administrator License.
He has attended many workshops and seminars
related to school and curriculum improvements.
4. Recently, he has attended “Teach Like A
Champion” workshops and in 2012, he trained on
and attained experience using the RISE teacher
evaluation system. The aim of this system is to
bring teachers and principals all together in a
common mission of recognizing, developing, and

Integrated System For Improved Student
Achievement Training in Indianapolis.
