    I believe reputation is a key dimension ignored by both the SLATES and FLATNESSES models for Enterprise 2.0. The fact that this is open source will go a long way in allowing enterprises to customize the model in a way the will fit into their culture. Great work!! I hope some of the larger social software providers like Jive take notice of this.
