The FA Coaches Association More about FACA: The FA Coaches Association (FACA) is the only recognised membership club designed to support the continued development of all FA qualified coaches in England, at all levels of the game. We ask for details of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and disability status for equal opportunities monitoring purposes. This is recommended by the codes of practice published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission to eliminate discrimination and promote equality. In this regard this information will be used to monitor the impact of our action plans to increase diversity within FACA membership.
