4. Secondary Research - Movies
A previous study showed that even though current media consumption is controlled by
the internet, that there are still a lot of teens attending cinemas. (12% of
students watch films in cinemas)
There has also been a realisation that all the results haven’t changed in 5 years.
This shows that the teenagers are a reliable audience.
In a more in depth researcher found out that it tends to be Black (18%)and
Hispanic(17%) youths attending the cinema more than white youths.
Although this research is influential it isn’t reliable for the audience we are pitching
for.
