  • @Sharath Chandra Go to Add-Ins >> Manage, Sort your requests based on Sheet name >> Select all requests within your required sheet (use ctrl or shift for multiple selection) >> Click 'Refresh' button on the right side menu

  • in the case of multiple requests in a single excel sheet, how do you refresh all of them at once? any ideas for it?

  4. 4. Create – a new request/report

  15. 15. Yesterday, last week, this year, etc
  16. 16. Can select fixed dates
  17. 17. Can be flexible and select rolling dates
  18. 18. This allows for a report to update with the latest data when refreshed
  19. 19. Can use custom expressions which are very flexible

Requests can be Re-used<br />Create a request, in this example linked to the variable based on the Excel cell but the account suite hard coded (yellow)<br />Copy and paste this request relative in the rows below (green)<br />The new requests automatically link to the different variable names<br />Copy and paste all requests absolute in the second and third columns (blue)<br />The new requests stay linked to the variable names<br /><ul><li>Highlight a column of requests and right click “Edit Requests” to change the Report Suite for all in one go</li></ul>2 June, 2011<br />Page 8<br />
