VINCENZO D’ESPOSITO A focus on ‘Buy To Let’ investments I nvesting in real estate in Malta has traditionally produced a very attractive return for investors, one that is considerably better than that provided by most financial products over the years. The ‘Buy To Let’ business of residential homes can be a great way for an investor to establish a steady monthly cash flow, and long term appreciation of such properties has also been known to often go well beyond reasonable expectations.
