  • The people having good eye contact and focusing on the speaker… they are comfortable talking to them and the picture looks like they are all paying attention.
  • Show some facial expression
  • Remove all distraction and pay attention to the speaker
  • Concentrate on the speaker despite appearance age and speaking style
  • Don’t judge the speaker by your personal standard or emotions.
  • Rephrase the person speech.. Indicate that you are interested in the speaker’s word
  • The speaker may be casual conversation, expressing an idea wanting to trade information hoping to persuade
