Uploading the responsability levels of each individual about his own health with a stronger health education Promotion of the access to information and to ease communication of the informational professionals through the virtual working environment. Guarantee the professional actions based in the best information available. Development of health investigation and integrate the scientifical advancement.

The Virtual Library of the Andalusian Public Health System belongs to the strategy of Scientific Information and Documentation of the 2nd Quality Plan, like a tool to support the clinical, teaching and investigation making-decision. Developement and distribution of all the knowledge in the Andalusian Public Health System. The BV-SSPA, an institutional network that uses the most efficient and appropiate resources, coordinates the andalusian health information centers, with the purpose of support, and promotes strategic alliances with equivalent institutions and organizations
