    A Fortune 500 MNC, world's leading mobile phone supplier and a leading supplier of mobile and fixed telecom networks including related customer services.
    The client was managing its HR helpdesk internally and was operating low on the Employee QRI (query resolution index). Employees were not getting their queries resolved in time thus creating high level of dissatisfaction.

    Post conducting a “As-is” understanding of the existing process, the process design team at PeopleStrong re-engineered the helpdesk process.
