• 3. Vocabulary
• Exposition: background information given at the beginning of the story.
• Rising action: the conflict gets complicated/ worse.

• Falling Action: the conflict between the protagonist and the antagonist unravels.
• Resolution: the theme is revealed.
• Protagonist: good guy
• 4. My Examples
• The theme for the movie “300” could be that not to give up even when the odds are against you.
• The theme for twilight is that true love can overcome anything.
• Every movie or story has a point it wants to make!
• 5. ALGEBRA I
• Multiplying and Dividing Monomials
• A monomial is a number, a variable, or the product of a number and one or more variables.
• (4,x,5y,6xyz)
• Monomials!
• 6. Rules to remember
• When multiplying monomials
• A A =A
• (A ) =A
• (AB) =A B
• When dividing monomials

• 8. BIOLOGY
• DNA (Gene Expression and Mutations)
• * Every cell contains DNA!
• -Cells express DNA differently.
• -Cells use only certain sections of DNA
• *DNA’s shape is called a double helix and is made of 4 types of nucleotides.
• 9.
• *The steps of Protein Synthesis.
• 1)Transcription: RNA polymerase makes mRNA, which is a “copy” of DNA information.
• 2)Translation: mRNA+ribsome+tRNA make an amino acid chain (protein).
• *Mutations (changes in DNA) cause different proteins to be made!
• 1)Point Mutation: 1 change … 1 different amino acid
• 2)Frame Shift Mutation:+1 base or -1 base it changes everything and can be very dangerous!
• 10. Its all about DNA!!
