Ecademy <br />Established in 1998, Ecademy is a UK based global social network for business people comprised of SME businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs.<br />Their members consider Ecademy to be a key part of their working day with over 41% of members visiting everyday and another 38% visiting every week:<br />to establish new contacts<br />for knowledge (share and learn)<br />for support and trusted advice<br />to collaborate and to find suppliers or partners<br />to buy and sell directly or via recommendations<br />Think of Ecademy as the Facebook of ambitious SME Businesses and Entrepreneurs.<br />

Understanding the social networks<br />LinkedIn is a business network, we talk business only, like a business conference where we pick up cards<br />FaceBook is a nightclub, I go there with people I know and meet occasional strangers<br />Ecademy is a wine bar where business people meet and discuss life and business, it is a social place where business happens<br />Twitter is a search engine for conversations. ‘get found on Google, becomes ‘Get found on Twitter’<br />
