  • pennyhagen penny hagen , design strategist at smallfire It's an exciting time to be in Libraries, so much opportunity to redefine the role and services they play for industry, community and research (and to raise the profile of the highly skilled people who work in libraries). It was a pleasure to share thoughts and discussion on the role of the academic library of the future with Library representatives from around Australia and New Zealand at the Future of Academic Libraries Summit at UTS.

    Prior to giving this presentation I asked twitter what other people's experiences were. I have used those tweets replies here anonymously (since the initial context of the question was more fleeting than a permanent presentation).
