  • The photo’s are so magnificent I wanted to seek out more and found this and several other sites. If someone had actually stolen your work to sell then I and millions of others would be on your side for prosecution. But that is not what happened – someone wants to show this breathtaking work around the world! May I suggest that if you want to keep in only in Germany in a gallery “far far away” then never; ever put it anywhere on the Internet! What goes here stays here for a millennium and you can’t “Unsend” it! BTW, no one mentioned that the pictures are protected and not downloadable to the average internet user.

Anyway I absolutely Loved those wonderful pictures! Your talent and your astonishing ability to see such beauty and actually capture it for others to not only see but to experience is beyond a gift. Good luck, I will be sending them on to my friends and let them know the gallery to go to if they would like to purchase your work

  • Fact is, the photos were ’stolen’ if they were used without the permission of the photographer (even with their watermark), regardless of whether the product is intended for profit or not. That the artist who compiled the collection didn’t realize this fine point of law is understandable. That the people who provided the access to the images, to the internet, and helped him publicize his work, did not ’know’ is less benign. Someone has the responsibility to get permission of the original photographers for this project, even in hindsight. I would be surprised if they weren’t willing to grant use privileges, but that’s not a reason to skip the asking.

I very much enjoyed the collection and the music that accompanied.

  • Patrick Notley is not claiming to be the photographer, he is just an autistic person that put together this PPS as a therapy. If you read the information on the presentation:
    1. He credits the pictures to a German photographer AND THEY ARE GREAT PICTURES. He only failed to give his name.
    2. On the last slide, he only claims credit for putting the PPS together.

    PLEASE GIVE HIM SOME SLACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
