Integrated Plan to close an open backyard for security reasons and use the space as common material’s storage

East Patio has 9600 sq. ft. open space with no roof and a 6 ft. high perimeter concrete fence.

Opportunity for Improvement is presented by closing this area with a 19 ft. ht., steel wire 3/16” reinforced fence, install a roll-up door and a 20 ft. ht. roof with skylights and light fixtures to be used as storage space.

The area will be maintained closed and potential intrusion thru the back fence will be eliminated.

Construction will be completed with 15 H- beams, concrete slabs, steel base plates, W10 beams, W14 support beams, 890 sq. m. Cal 24 galvanize steel sheet as roof with intersection beams and structural steel tensors.

Steel wire fence fabricated to cover up to 19 ft. ht. on the east wall

An additional roll up steel door with chain and independent steel beam support for shipping and receiving deck.

The construction will not have structural support on the actual tip up concrete walls of the building to avoid future liabilities, those walls are already with cracks caused by ground level and mechanical forces.
