I work hard to break the 80:20 rule on commitment and contributions 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 - to level out the majority of work and input to come from more than just 20% of the people. I define collaborative "stars" as those who contribute and help the 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 most, not just who talks the most. 2 Add up your total, giving yourself one point per the rating you assess yourself for each question.
